| • | As we are working on the final stages of renovation at our new store we are encouraging custom order planning and design of cookies by phone and email in preference to in person appointments. We build a design based on references to our extensive online catalogue and also original sketches of new ideas. In person appointments can still be arranged, just available times are limited for now so it is better to complete initial stages of planning as outlined. |
| • | For interstate clients, Samples are quoted at $35 for 2 cookie drafts, gst and postage included, payable in advance. |
| • | N.B. Customer orders are originals designed from your creative input and interpreted in Polka Dot's style. They are accepted with the understanding that you trust all creative decisions during production to our design team. |

| • | Collect Sydney orders from Polka Dot’s
kitchen at rear of 531 King St Newtown 2042 NSW or book a delivery
by courier to your workplace or wedding venue (charges apply). |
| • | Interstate orders are safely packaged and sent
by courier to all states within Australia. Orders can also be packaged for safe transport
to international destinations. |
